Kate Middleton and Prince William have recently become a bit more relaxed in their public behavior toward each other, body language experts have noted (opens in new tab). The latest example of this newfound ease was at a daytime event with the Glasgow scout group as part of the COP26 climate change conference.

In one photo, the Duchess of Cambridge (opens in new tab) is seen laughing happily with her husband, which is lovely. Here they are sharing that sweet moment:

And another, this time with their children, possibly Scout leaders:

We don't know what Middleton was laughing about, but the royal couple is the Scout Association's #PromiseToThePlanet campaign and seemed to be truly enjoying their time celebrating. As the Sunday Times' Royal Editor Roya Nikka reported on Twitter (opens in new tab), they helped their children "spread wildflower seed bombs."

Middleton on this day wore an all-black, olive green quilted sleeveless puffer jacket ( WhatKateWore noted that it may have been Ganni's) and wore a striped scout ribbon around her neck. Both she and her husband wore poppy pins on their lapels, a symbol of remembrance.

According to People, the Duchess herself was a Brownie as a child and became a Scout patron in 2012.
