Britney Spears doesn't say much about her two sons, partly to protect their privacy. That's why her latest Instagram post (opens in new tab) dedicated to Sean and Jayden Federline (16 and 15, respectively) is so touching.

The star posted the words, "There is nothing stronger than the love between mother and son." Her caption read, "My sons' birthdays were last week: ...... Unfortunately, they are grown and want to do their own thing ....... They are very independent kids so I have to ask their permission to post! Anyway, we had a little party and the coolest ice cream cake ever!"

Spears further described how fast her two boys are growing. She said, "They're going crazy because they're so tall and they're still growing. 'They went to a dance last week and I cried for two days ...... My baby in a suit! It's crazy! My boys are so handsome, so get ready girls! I really believe these words and that's why I wanted to share them with you: ...... My boys love to be very private and there are so many things I don't share with everyone, but they are both so talented and I feel so incredibly blessed to have these two little men in my life! And if they are reading this: ...... I'm sure they're not reading this: ...... I love you two little devils so much!"

This comes after Spears suspended her Instagram account (opens in new tab), saying she wanted to spend time away from social media to celebrate her engagement to her partner of five years, Sam Asgari (opens in new tab). Things are looking up for the star after her father recently petitioned (opens in new tab) to end her 13-year conservatorship (opens in new tab). For Spears, the hope is that it will bring more freedom, including time to spend with her children.
