Prince Charles is moved to remember His Royal Highness Prince Philip in the new trailer.

A new BBC documentary, Prince Philip: The Royal Family Remembers, has released a trailer. Prince Philip, who passed away this past April at the age of 99, was married to Queen Elizabeth for 74 years and was active in royal events until last year. The new documentary explores his role as father, grandfather, and royal overlord for more than half a century.

In the trailer, Prince Charles looks away from the camera and appears emotional as he talks about his father, saying, "I was lucky to have my father for almost 100 years."

In other parts of the video, Prince William recalls his grandfather as "the big person behind everything we've done," and Harry, who also appears in the documentary, says of Philip, "What you see is what you get with your grandfather. My grandfather was always very much who he was"

All four children of Prince Philip and Queen Elizabeth and their grandchildren are participating in the new documentary in honor of the late Prince. Princess Anne's daughter, Zara Tindall, also makes a brief appearance in the trailer. Prince Philip: The Royal Family Remembered is scheduled to air on BBC One on September 22.
