In addition, her 22-year (!) marriage to soccer icon David Beckham has given her a healthy, healthy outlook on life. She also became the somewhat unexpected poster girl for what a healthy celebrity family should look like. And now, more than 20 years and four children later, the couple continues to maintain a spicy (no pun intended) relationship.

One example: in a rather cheeky (yes, pun intended) Instagram photo on Sunday morning, her husband is lounging poolside in speedos with the least amount of work possible:
