Rebel Wilson Recreates Britney Spears' Look in New Movie
Rebel Wilson's "life right now is crazy," she tweeted on Instagram (opens in new tab). The star, who just finished filming her new movie "Senior Year," generously shared a behind-the-scenes look. In the photo, Wilson is wearing a sequined green top with the word "CRAZY" written in neon on the back, just like in the music video. The actress also captioned the post "[heart] you Britney."
This is not the first time Wilson has posted a shout-out to the pop star while filming "Senior Year"; on TikTok (opens in new tab), she shared a clip of her two co-stars strutting around in matching pink outfits and wrote, "Can you tell I am a huge Britney fan? So in my new movie, Senior Year, my character loves her and I use her as inspiration for my cheerleading squad."

In another behind-the-scenes video (opens in new tab), Wilson gives a tour around the film set, stopping along the way to joke with the cast and crew. Toward the end of the video, he is seen singing and dancing to Britney's iconic song, making him the center of the entire party.
In "Senior Year," Wilson plays Ruby, a high school cheerleader who goes into a coma at age 17 and wakes up 20 years later. The grown-up Ruby returns to high school desperate to become prom queen. [The film's stellar cast includes Alicia Silverstone (finally returning to major teen comedy 26 years after her debut in Clueless (open in new tab)) and Justin Hartley (This Is Us and The Blind Krischelle Stauss (open in open in new tab) are also there.
