If you want to feel some white-knuckle envy this morning, let me introduce you to the New York apartment Ariana Grande previously shared with Pete Davidson, which, according to People, just sold for about $13.5 million (opens in new tab). (opens in new tab). Grande and Davidson moved into the apartment shortly after they started dating in 2018, but moved out after separating the following October. And it's incredibly stunning, which may not stop me from being jealous!

The 4023-square-foot apartment is located directly above Chelsea's High Line Park in a building designed by the late iconic architect Ms. Zaha Hadid. According to People, the apartment has five bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms (not sure what this means either), with a huge dressing room off the master bedroom. The kitchen, meanwhile, boasts a double refrigerator, double dishwasher, dedicated wine fridge, and steam oven. One can only dream!

But my envy really swelled when I learned about the apartment's amenities, including a private IMAX theater, 75-foot indoor pool, spa, gym (plus a juice bar), and "secure parking portal." Oh, to jump out of bed and head straight downstairs to the IMAX!

Grande's new home in Montecito, California, is so coveted that she married her husband, Dalton Gomez (open in new tab), there in May. A source told People (opens in new tab) at the time, "Both Ali and Dalton love Montecito; they both love Montecito and spend a lot of time there." It seems only natural that Ali would hold their wedding at the beautiful, historic home he owns."[9
