In a recent interview with People magazine (opens in new tab), Jennifer Aniston discussed the difficulties of being famous, especially the intense scrutiny and speculation about her personal life. I've really gotten a lot out of therapy," she said. There are so many wonderful things about just being a public figure. But there are also a lot of tough times. We're human beings, and we tend to walk around with a bull's-eye."

"Family members and things like, 'What's this? You're having a baby,' 'Are you getting married? Aniston continued. 'How many years does it take to ignore that ridiculousness?'

The Friends icon said she is particularly happy with her life now. 'I'm in a really peaceful place. I have a job I love, people who are my whole life, and beautiful dogs," she said (Aniston has three dogs, People notes: "Clyde, a schnauzer mix; Sophie, a pit bull mix; and a newly adopted Great Pyrenees mix, Lord Chesterfield.")

"I am a very lucky and blessed person," Aniston said. Reflecting on his best qualities, he said, "I have a good heart and am a wonderful friend," adding, "I lead with love."
