And the answer, it seems, is "yes. After splitting from his fiancée Alex Rodriguez this spring, J.Lo was spotted spending time with another former fiancée. Lopez and Affleck were one of the archetypal couples of the early 1980s; they dated from 2002 to 2004 and became engaged in November 2002 after splitting from husband Chris Judd in June of that year. The next day, Lopez and Rodriguez denied the report in a joint statement to TMZ (opens in new tab), saying, "All reports are inaccurate. We are working out a few things."

The statement was released on the same day that Lopez and Rodriguez were arrested for "sexual misconduct" by the police.

In an April InStyle profile of Lopez, many of those closest to the singer were tapped to share their insights, including Affleck, who had nothing but high praise for his ex.
