Kate Middleton Says Kids Tell Her to "Stop" Taking Pictures

Kate Middleton (opens in new tab) is an avid (and talented) photographer, but not everyone in the royal family is a fan of her taste.

On Thursday, the Duchess of Cambridge (opens in new tab) chatted with another mother/photographer, Ceri A. Edwards, in a video for her Hold Still project, and her children (Prince George, age 7; Princess Charlotte, age 6; and Prince Louis, age 2 ) revealed that they are not always happy with their mother's favorite hobby. Specifically, they do not want to be the subjects of Kate's photographs.

"People say, 'Mom, stop taking pictures!' '" she says. (as contained in a video published on the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's YouTube channel).

Edwards, meanwhile, assured the royal family that she is not alone, saying, "I take a lot of family pictures. But I like it and I like to look back."

As the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge (open in new tab) explained in a post promoting the Instagram video, it is "the seventh and final in a series of phone calls the Duchess has made with participants in the Hold Still Project."
