An insider told Entertainment Tonight (opens in new tab) that the former fiancées, whose reunion was first mentioned at the end of April, are "both hopeful and committed to the relationship this time around."

Lopez and Affleck, who were engaged from 2002 to 2004, reportedly "talked about the past and why it didn't work out," according to Entertainment Tonight's sources. The source added, "They both matured and got on the same page, and it got easier."

"Jen is elated and really trusts Ben," the source continued.

So what does the future hold for Bennifer 2.0? Last week, People reported that the two were "discussing summer plans" (open in new tab) and hoping to "take a trip" together as a continuation of their May getaway in Montana; the two "want to spend as much time together as possible," a source told the magazine.

They currently live on separate coasts, J.Lo in Miami and Affleck in Los Angeles, but distance is not an obstacle. They plan to continue to move back and forth between Los Angeles and Miami," a source told People. They are very happy together."
