Ryan Reynolds Shares Mother's Day Tribute to Blake Lively

Ryan Reynolds (opens in new tab) is doing the Lord's work for Mother's Day by cleverly trolling in honor of his wife, soul mate and partner, Blake Lively (opens in new tab).

The 44-year-old actor took to Instagram on Sunday to unveil a sweet and hilarious Mother's Day tribute (opens in new tab) to Blake (the woman who combined her DNA with his three times to create a new human being from scratch).

First, let's talk about the photos. In the photo in this post (opens in new tab), Ryan chose a sweet selfie with Blake, snuggled up together outside in what looks like a garden, with pretty flowers in the background. It screams "MOTHER'S DAY!" an A+ choice.

Now, Blake and Ryan's cute couple selfie (opens in new tab) is always welcome, regardless of the occasion, but it was Ryan's caption that really made this post stand out. It started out pure and sweet, then evolved into genuine hilarity (basically, a classic Ryan Reynolds Instagram compliment).

"It cannot be said enough ... You are the heart and soul of every moment this family shares," he wrote.
