[The 51-year-old singer and actress opened the concert with a stunning rendition of Neil Diamond's "Sweet Caroline," and J.Lo (opens in new tab) not only graced our ears with a gorgeous version of this classic song, but also invited her mother Guadalupe Rodriguez (opens in new opens in new tab) and invited her mother, Guadalupe Rodriguez (opens in new tab), to sing with her.

While on stage together, Lopez revealed a very sweet and very personal connection between her mother and this song.

"Mom, is it true that you sang this song to me when I was a baby?

She replied." I sang, "Sweet Jennifer."

"Sing it to her like a lullaby," Lopez suggested. 'I will sing to her as you sang to me.'

And that is exactly what happened. That moment was pure magic and gave me the inspiration I needed to call my own mother on Mother's Day (opens in new tab).
