A new Kardashian couple is born: Kourtney Kardashian is dating Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker, Entertainment Tonight (opens in new tab) reported! Kardashian and Barker have not met for the first time and reportedly have been friends for a while while they lived in the same Calabasas neighborhood.

"Kourtney and Travis have had a platonic relationship for years and have been friends and family for a very long time, but something recently sparked and their relationship became romantic," an inside source told Entertainment Tonight. 'They live on the same block, they know each other well, they hit it off and understand each other, so it's very easy between them.'

The Kardashian and Barker families are already meshing well, the insider added." Her children and his children get along very well, which is a big plus for both of them." Barker shares 17-year-old Landon Barker, 15-year-old Alabama Barker, and 21-year-old stepdaughter Atiana De La Hoya with ex-wife Shanna Moakler, while Kardashian and ex Scott Disick are parents to 11-year-old Mason, 8-year-old daughter Penelope, and 6-year-old son Raine.

As reported by E! (opens in new tab), Kardashian and Barker sparked new speculation about their relationship when they published photos from Kris Jenner's Palm Springs home on Instagram. While neither has publicly confirmed that they are dating, an inside source told E! that the pair are definitely together.

"It's very low-key," another source told E! afterward, "They've been neighbors and great friends for years, but just recently things got romantic."

"They've been in a romantic relationship for years," the source said.

"Travis has always had his eye on Courtney," the source continued. 'They had great chemistry and flirted, they had a lot in common, and Courtney was always drawn to Travis's parental ways. He is a wonderful, hands-on father, and Courtney loves that about him. He loves relaxing at home with the kids and they all get along great. It's going well, and so far they haven't put any pressure on it to be a super-serious relationship."
