Cardi B.'s hilarious reaction to daughter Kulture's "Peppa Pig" obsession.

While at least one-fifth of the Internet is devoted solely to hatred of Caillou, Peppa Pig somehow escapes similar criticism, despite the fact that the central character blends human and pig characteristics in a very consistent manner. Moreover, many parents have pointed out that the main lesson their children learn from the show is not how to separate toys, say please and thank you, or make new friends, but to snort like a pig at the end of every sentence. And Cardi B. pointed out another problematic habit that Peppa Pig teaches its young viewers.

Cardi revealed on Twitter on Monday that her and husband Offset's daughter, 2-year-old Kulture, is an avid fan of Peppa Pig, and that it has had a destructive effect on her wardrobe. Cardi tweeted, "Every time she sees a wet puddle, she wants to stomp all over it." That shit makes me so tight! ...... This Peppa Pig ..... .count your fuckin days!"

.

In a "Woman of the Year" interview, Cardi spoke to Billboard (opens in new tab) about raising her daughter and the "Show Me the Signs" campaign, a charity auction to raise funds for the families of black women murdered by police She explained why she took Kulture to participate. 'I want her to grow up knowing what the world is really like. My daughter came out of my vagina rich. She lives a different lifestyle than I do. 'This girl goes to the pool every day. I can't swim because I hardly ever went to the pool. Where I come from there was only one community pool. I want people to know that just because I have money, I am not super privileged."

"Even me and her father had a really bad experience with the police," she continued, "but we are rich and famous." I want her to know that you will not be the exception. I want her to be compassionate. I don't want her to think, 'This doesn't apply to me'"

.

Cardi also spoke about protecting her daughter from hateful comments on social media. 'I'm a little scared that she's going to start reading hateful comments, but I don't know how to control it,' she said. 'I heard one celebrity teach her child how to love herself and not let people destroy her. Hopefully, I can do the same." [I can tell my kids are going to be really sassy and unique. 'I always want her to know that she is beautiful. She knows what kind of person I am, and when she grows up, she will obviously hear me expressing myself, because we live in the same house. I want her to know: that I may be a little crazy, but I have a good heart and I love her. I want her to always have confidence in me. Don't let one comment make you think, "I'm not that girl. You are that girl."
