Kate Middleton (opens in new tab) took to Kensington's royal Instagram this week to share the results of the "Five Big Questions" early education survey (opens in new tab). The Duchess of Cambridge (opens in new tab) made several appearances this week to promote the survey, but it was her style choices in the Instagram Q&A video that caught the eye of royal fans.

In the video, Kate makes a fashion statement (opens in new tab). The duchess is shown wearing a purple Gucci blouse with a pussy bow, and sharp-eyed fans noticed that it was the same one she wore to visit the Henry Fawcett Children's Center in London (opens in new tab) in March 2019 (opens in new tab) They immediately noticed that it was the same top. Fans also noticed that, just like the last time she was out and about in a stunning purple top, Kate wore it... Yes, we also noticed that she seemed to be wearing it wrong.
