After Chrissy Teigen revealed a tattoo in memory of her late son Jack (opens in new tab) on social media over the weekend, tattoo artist Winter Stone revealed that her husband John Legend also got the same design. Both Teigen and Legend have inked "jack" in delicate writing on the inside of their right wrists in memory of their son, who died in September during Teigen's pregnancy.

Stone shared a photo of both tattoos on Instagram." JACK," and captioned it, "JACK. Teigen then "liked" the post and confirmed the legitimacy of the photo.

In a devastating social media post (opens in new tab) that Teigen shared after losing her baby, she explained how she and Legend named their son." We don't decide on a baby's name until the last possible moment after the baby is born, right before we leave the hospital," she wrote. "But for some reason we had come to call this little boy in our belly Jack. So he will always be Jack to us. Jack has worked so hard to become a part of our little family.

"To our Jack: ...... We are so sorry that the first few moments of your life were plagued with so many complications and that we could not give you the home you needed to survive," she continued. . She wrote, "Jack will always be loved and described to our children as present in the wind, the trees, and the butterflies they see."
