Katy Perry releases powerful video of herself pumping breast milk

Katy Perry (opens in new tab) is a new mom who just had baby Daisy, but that doesn't mean she's holding off on voting. In a powerful new video shared on her Instagram account, the singer breast pumps (opens in new tab), "pumped to vote" (I see what you did there, Katy!) You can see him saying.

In the video, Katie is wearing pajama bottoms, a robe around her waist, and a nude bandeau top, sitting in a chair with her back to the camera. "We are getting in shape for the race of our lives this November and it has never been more important to #ExerciseThatVote," she continued, urging people to check their registration status as the deadline looms.

Katie is joined in the voting video by Amy Schumer, Kerry Washington, Ashley Benson, Vanessa Hudgens, and more. And, of course, OG workout queen Jane Fonda.

"I don't live in the US, but this video makes me want to vote!!!" One person wrote.

Katy Perry (opens in new tab) and fiancé Orlando Bloom brought a girl, Daisy Dove Bloom (opens in new tab), into the world on August 26 (opens in new tab), and the couple is clearly already smitten with their new addition.

Since then, Katie has posted about her experiences as a mother (opens in new tab). Particularly memorable was when 35-year-old Katie gave birth: when she Instagrammed her "red carpet look" for the MTV VMAs (opens in new tab) while at home (opens in new tab): Katie, along with her breast-pump bra, still left bump (because it doesn't magically disappear as soon as the baby comes out!) ), and could be seen wearing some comfy high-waisted underwear on top of the
