The answer was "no."

"No, not really," she told an interviewer in a new documentary for Swedish channel TV4. 'I think I've found a great balance. Being able to stand a little bit in both worlds is a huge advantage."

"I've been able to do a little bit of both," she said.

In another segment of the program, filmed while Sophia was visiting South Africa before the pandemic broke out, she talks about the difficulties of transitioning to royal life and how she found relief in her work in South Africa. She has also been a member of the Royal Family for the past three years.

"Since becoming a Princess, I have had several identity crises. Here in South Africa, I have one kind of identity and when I go home I have another. Here I am allowed to be who I want to be," she explained.

Back home, she and Carl Philippe just celebrated their fifth wedding anniversary (opens in new tab), and she shared photos from the momentous occasion on Instagram. 'Sometimes we all have to make decisive choices. A choice that will affect your entire future, and that is who you are and, above all, who you want to be," the caption read.
