"Joy Ride" is the latest comedy film to join the ranks of endearing, snazzy, and shocking chick flicks like "Bridesmaids" and "Girls Trip." Directed by "Crazy Rich Asians" writer Adele Lim and executive produced by Seth Rogan, the film follows a quartet of Asian-American friends who are faced with some serious revelations about their friendships, relationships, and cultural identities when a business trip becomes a happening. The girls travel to China in this road trip comedy.

In addition to the film's main quartet, played by Shelly Cora, Ashley Park, Stephanie Hu and Sabrina Wu, director Lim has assembled many familiar faces. Let's revisit the delightful cast of "Joy Ride.

Growing up in a traditional Chinese family, Rollo has a fateful encounter with Audrey. Now an adult, this daring artist challenges her best friend and pushes her out of her comfort zone.

Cora is a comedian, actress, and screenwriter best known for her role as Alice Kwan on Freeform's long-running series Good Trouble. She has also appeared in I Love Dick, Transparent, and Close, and was a voice actor in Pixar's Turning Red. He will next be seen in Randall Park's directorial debut, Shortcomings, opposite Justin H. Ming.
