Read MoreTiffany Haddish was brutally honest about her initial (and lasting) impression of Henry Cavill.
In a new interview with the Los Angeles Times, the comedian opened up about her love life and the man she is no longer dating: a celebrity.
"The famous men that I used to think, 'Oh, I'd love to be with this guy,' now I know them and I think, 'No,'" Haddish explained.
"I used to really want Henry Cavill. I think he's very sexy. But when I met him, he was so awkward. Isn't this weird? I should talk to him about Dungeons & Dragons. Maybe he should be more comfortable.'"
"Or he could be a black woman. [Or he would ask the black woman, 'What's up? What's your credit score? Do you like spaghetti? Are you afraid of South Central?'
On the romantic front, Haddish was previously in a relationship with rapper Common from 2020 to 2021. She was also previously married to a man named William Stewart from 2008 to 2013, according to The Sun.
In her stand-up comedy, Haddish often speaks of being "closed-minded" about love, as the L.A. Times put it, but childhood friend Sharmona Clark told the paper, "Oh, she wants to be in love. A healthy ...... The key word is ...... Relationships. When she's talking on stage, she's aware of being a young 20-year-old girl, but deep down inside she's in love."
Haddish told the Times while promoting her second book of essays, I Curse You With Joy, following her 2017 memoir, The Last Black Unicorn.
