Courtney Cox jokes of a cheerful "friend" when her hair frizzes in Miami

Courteney Cox is not afraid to make fun of herself.

The actress was called back to the Cult Friends episode in a new Instagram video she filmed during a visit to Miami.instagram.com/2020/03/26 11:17:00 In it, she goes to open the sliding door to the terrace while saying, "I love Miami! At this point, her hair is down and lightly waving.

When she's on the terrace, Cox's hair "quickly" frizzes, and she says, "It's humidity!", "a line from a friend." This line was told by her character Monica Geller during a trip to Barbados, when her hair was excessively frizzed and sticking out to the sides of her head.

One commenter recalled a particularly hilarious comeback from Matthew Perry's character Chandler Bin, who said, "I came with Monica, I'm leaving with a weird Al."

Someone else said, "People don't know how symbolic this is."

"She expressed above herself! Can she be great anymore," said another fan of the beloved series.

It's not the first time Cox has made a friend reference related to her real life. The star recently launched the cleaning product line Homecourt and posted a promotional video last year in which she is cleaning her star on a Hollywood walk of Fame. She, of course, knew that fans would make similarities with her neat freak character Monica.

At the Marie Claire Power Play event in Santa Monica earlier this year, Cox explained that the launch of Homecourt made complete sense to her interests and character. "It happened that I was always obsessed with design, fragrance, and architecture," he says. "It was just something, and obviously, I'm pretty. I'm Monica"

Cox was Marie Claire's cover star last fall, and her friends and friends co-star Jennifer Aniston said at the time, "I'm thinking to myself, well, what on earth took so long, woman! This is literally your wheelhouse.

Aniston said, "The number of times I found her on the floor, on all fours, rubbed something — every time I entered her house.""She's literally Monica.
