The person who will be the groom, at just 33 years old, is the richest person under the age of 35 in the UK, worth £987,800. He is also chair of the Grosvenor Group and chair of the Westminster Foundation, which the family uses to spend charitable donations.
The Grosvenor family's real estate portfolio includes 300 acres in London's neighbours Mayfair and Belgravia, and according to the Sun, he often "ro" (the family also owns buildings in more than 40 cities around the world.Duke studied rural management at Newcastle University and, according to the Times, "Hugh is very modest," a friend told him. "He takes his role very seriously, but he's relaxed when he's not working.
