Justin Timberlake has spoken publicly for the first time about his recent DWI address.

On Friday, 6/21 (Friday), the former 'N Sync frontman gave a somewhat emotional speech about his "tough week" while performing in Chicago in front of a sold・out crowd at United Center as part of his "Forget Tomorrow World Tour.""

"We were together through ups and downs and left and right. And, uh, it was a tough week. But you are here and I am here. We can't change this moment right now," Timberlake said as he carried an acoustic guitar to his fans and at some point gave the crowd a bow.

"I know that sometimes I find it hard to love, but you continue to love me and I will love you soon," he continued. "Thank you. Now, if you oblige me, I'd like to sing a little with you guys."

Timberlake was arrested early Tuesday morning on Long Island by Sag Harbor Police who say Timberlake's eyes were reportedly "glassy with blood shots," according to a police report obtained by the Los Angeles Times.

The officer also detected "a strong smell of alcoholic beverages emanating from his breath" and said that Timberlake "could not separate his attention and slowed his speech.", He was precarious in progress, and he ran poorly in all standardized field drinking tests."
