Spoilers for every episode of Perfect Match Season 2. Anyone who has Seen dating shows like Netflix's Smash hit reality series Perfect Match knows that there are both pluses and minuses because they can become cast members. One of the great positives (at least for those with pure intentions) is the opportunity to connect with people you will probably never meet in real life; an example of Prime Perfect Match Season 2 is the self-proclaimed "most unlikely couple" Chris Hahn and Tolú Ekundare.

Dating & Related and Trust: The Greedy Alum game is now one of the surprise pairings of the season 1, along with Alara Tanelli and Stevan Ditter・ but of course fans are wondering if their romance lasted outside the villa. Read everything we know about the couple so far.

Tolú and Chris were on a long and winding road until they found each other in Perfect Match season2. Tru was one of the first cast members to enter the villa, and she had little luck. She matched the perfect match season with love blind alum Izzy Zapata 1 winner Dom Gabriel, while both matches had a romantic spark, Chris arrived in Episode 2 and entered the house after pairing with alum Dominic Defoe too hot to handle. After the two did not work out, he entered a platonic match with his friend Elys Hutchinson.

In Episode 5, everything changed when Chris boldly transferred his interest in Tru to the Telegraph. (There are fair questions about when Chris will show interest, as Chris is likely to be sent home that night, but in love and war it's all fair.Tolú appreciated the effort and she decided to match Chris that night.

When Chris was sent on a date with a familiar face, it only took 1 episode to test the new pairing, Dating & Related host Chris admitted that he fell in love with Melinda when there was a line between them as a cast member and host on the previous show. The pair began dating for a few years, but the pair had good chemistry on their day. But Chris decided instead to pursue what he had with Tru and told her that their relationship felt more real.

Then came the ultimate test of commitment: a gender-segregated party. During the Soirée, participants will be given the opportunity to chat with all the other singles while their matches are not around - Tru was innocent on a girl's day. Meanwhile, Chris used the boys' day to catch up with Xanthi Perdikomatis, whom he was interested in when they were both home. (Remember the awkward moment when he collected Dominique and Xanti and told them that he was pairing up with Eli, even though he didn't match Xanti.Chris admitted to Xanthi that since he is paired with Tolú, he "felt guilty about not exploring more." He said, "My relationship with Tolú is not as strong as I recognized it.

The next day, all the singles came to the villa to spill tea on Boys' Day (and theoretically Girls' Day), and when Xanthi immediately confronted Tolú and Xanthi about Chris's comments, Chris (despite being recorded) denied everything and confused Tolú.

Tolú explained that she was hurt by the possibility of seeing her as his backup option. But at the end of the night, a tearful Chris apologized to Tru and told her he shouldn't pair with him just because he was crying. The vulnerable Tru told him she wanted to be with someone she liked on her back, and Chris insisted that his feelings for her were real. And so they matched, a little shaky in the final episode, but still heading together.

Episode 10 begins with a compatibility challenge in which a couple must answer questions about each other to get a plank to build a bridge. Chris and Tru win the most boards and relays across the assembled bridges, but Stevan and Arala are momentarily behind them. During a date held at Beer's Spa, they discuss what has become an elephant in their relationship room: Chris's 100+ body count. Tru is worried because she's at the bottom end, but Chris says he hasn't cheated during the 3 committed relationships he's been in. After matching again, they go on their last day (horseback riding and a fun net treehouse.We'll talk about navigating the long-distance relationship between Chris, who lives in California, and Chris, who lives in Texas.

On both the date and the final all-cast meeting, Chris and Tru erupted into their genuine connection after starting out as friends, adding that Tru made her feel "wanted, beautiful."Chris also assures that he wants to continue their relationship after the show, but when they face the grills of the other contestants, love is blind Trevor Sova points out that it's strange that Chris said "stay in touch" with Tolú, and Tolú seems to be more committed. (Remember that Trevor's love is a blind journey.Dominic and Melinda share their doubts, with the former pointing to Chris's contradictions. Chris and Tru are not the winners of the Perfect Match Season 2, but Tru says she found the perfect match "with 100 percent honesty."

We may have been cheering for this surprise pairing, but sadly their relationship did not stand the test of time. Shortly after the finale aired, people confirmed that 2 people broke things.

Tolú told the outlet that she left the show, which was not a romantic relationship but established a "genuine connection" with the other women in the villa. She also said she learned a little about love from participating in the show, "knowing your worth" and "how heavy it is not to settle for anything less than that.

She said, "Know your worth and tax it." And no one should let you lower yourself to get down at his level. He needs to rise up to who you are. Period.

Fan favorites are called things off, but they look good conditions. True appreciated Chris to people and said during filming that he made her "feel really wanted and beautiful."

Chris also talked about his experience on the show, and how high he thinks of previous matches online. Throughout the season, he commented on the episode when it was released, including everything from the decision to play with Elys (and then a nasty story with Dominique and Xanthi) to his and Harry's crass discussion about their genitals at the beginning of the season. (We're still trying to scrub that moment out of our memory.

In one TikTok, Chris claims that his interest in Tolê during filming came out of nowhere, saying that he interacted with tolê (the pair regularly washed the dishes together, he shares his interest in her built up over time and that reality tv doesn't show viewers every moment that was filmed (This is fair). He also had only great things to say about Tolú both in the clip and in the comments.

Tolú has also playfully commented on their relationship and other moments on the show on social media. According to one tiktok, Tolú has an exasperated look under the caption "When you comfort someone who has been wronged," he said."She hasn't identified what she's referring to in the video, but she responded to the top comment.I guess this is a reference to Chris's apology after the Boys' Beach Day.

After the commenter wrote, "When Chris was crying thinking he was going home, you went to comfort him," Tru replied, "Smh I'm a tear sucker," adding a palm emoji on his face.

They may have called things off, but Chris and you seem to be keeping in touch with some capacity.
