Prince Edward is "finding his inner strength" thanks to his wife Sophie, body language experts claim

Body language experts have given some insight into how Duchess Sophie can make her husband more confident and royal.

On Wednesday, 6/19, the Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh released a new portrait to mark their 25th wedding anniversary, people report. Photos taken by photographer Chris Gelf showed the royal couple holding hands and laughing as they sat together outside surrounded by flowers.

"We are so grateful for the many kind and lovely messages we received on our silver wedding anniversary. Wishing everyone celebrating their anniversary a special day as well, "the pair captioned the signed post "Edward and Sophie."

According to body language expert Darren Stanton, "Edward used to come across as shy and uncomfortable in the public eye about when he was very similar to his brother King Charles."

"He will also actively distance himself from public attention when he can," and Stanton shared in anticipation of the 25th anniversary of the Duke and Duchess, Pressley "But in recent years has seen a lot of Edward and Sophie." Now Edward portrays himself in a much more authoritative way and takes control of the situation. This is shown through him standing tall while he puts his arms behind his back and strides at his steps. It shows that he is comfortable holding his head high and taking the lead.

Stanton argues that Prince Edward's wife, Sophie, "certainly brings out Edward's more extroverted side, because of the Duke's overall public attitude and more confident stature change."

"When Sophie is by her side, I see Edward feeling more confident and stronger," he explained. "The fact that he went from being the most introverted to finding his inner strength and confidence is a testament to how perfectly suited they are as a couple, which proves that they know each other inside out and feel at ease in every situation. Looking at the Royal family now, some of the most confident gestures are drawn by Kate, Camilla, Meghan and even the late Queen Elizabeth — and Sophie

according to the same press release, Stanton is a former police officer and consultant for the Derbyshire Police with a degree in psychology. He used his expertise to reveal the truth when interviewing hundreds of suspects before moving to the media and television as a client.

Prince Edward and Sophie resumed more public roles within the Royal family after the cancer diagnoses of both King Charles and Princess Kate.

On 4 May, the monarch ordered the two to participate in the 120th anniversary of an important diplomatic agreement between Britain and France known as "Entente Cordiale"."The historic Buckingham Palace ceremony included the replacement of traditional guards, where the French army first appeared.

According to Afua Hagan, who previously spoke to Us Weekly, Duchess Sophie has also become a "secret weapon of the royal family" as she continues to navigate dual health issues.

"She really gets on with the job and she connects very well with the people on these contracts she does and she does a lot of them behind the scenes," a royal commentator told the publication. "Now we see Prince Edward also come out in his own way.In addition to the Duchess of Edinburgh, Hagan says her husband, Prince Edward, can be seen as the "other secret weapon of the royal family" of the monarchy.

"I believe Edward relies quite a bit on Sophie to feel his most confident self in a social setting," Stanton said. "He may not be the least confident in the Royals, but he certainly shows an improvement in his ability to step up to the plate — and that's due to Sophie's constant support and encouragement.”
