Dua Lipa wears edgy all-leather skirt on Glastonbury date with Callum Turner

Superstar Dua Lipa is spending her time away from the Glastonbury Festival stage in true "summer of the bratty girl" fashion.

After her headlining performance at the 2024 Festival, she strolled around the festival grounds with boyfriend Callum Turner, sporting the same minimalist girl summer trend of a white cropped tank top and edgy leather skirt.

The black all-leather skirt featured a bold thigh-high split and was cleverly layered over matching black lace shorts. To complete the bold fit, Dua Lipa wore matching black leather boots.

While performing on stage, the singer wore a series of adventurous leather looks and punk rock-themed ensembles, all styled by Jahir Weaver Her first look, as reported by Harper's Bazaar, featured a lace-up custom Chrome Hearts design featuring a leather mini dress, fishnet tights, and black leather boots.

Another stage outfit was a custom leather bodysuit from Loewe that rocked the Glastonbury stage.

Once again perfecting the Brat Girl summer vibe, Ripa adorned her leather fit with a studded belt and Gianvito Rossi lace-up boots.

The "summer of the brat-girl" trend of 2024 was undoubtedly started, or at least revitalized, by British pop star and self-proclaimed "bad girl" Charlie XCX. [Madonna, Christina Aguilera, Miley Cyrus, Olivia Rodrigo, etc., Charlie XCX is not the first artist in the pop music genre to call herself a "bad girl," but her latest claim to fame has also made its way into the fashion world, with baby T-shirts, neon green, leather outfits, and sparked a resurgence of bra-less looks.

"It can feel luxurious," Singer said in a recent interview on the BBC Sounds podcast, revealing what constitutes the "Brat Girl Summer" trend.

"But it can also be very vulgar, like a cigarette packet, a BIC lighter, and a white top with no bra.

In a recent interview with Vogue magazine, Dua Lipa's stylist opened up about her Glastonbury look and how she began working with the artist after spending 13 years styling fashion icon Rihanna.

"Meeting Dua was natural and quick," Weaver told the magazine, revealing that it took about a month to create the five looks that Ripa later rocked on stage at Glastonbury.

"And I thought she always had great style. And I always thought she had great style. But her life has evolved, and the way she expresses it has become easier and effortless." It's "less 'in your face'"

.

Because Glastonbury is such an important and historic festival, Weaver said that headlining is "a very important moment in Dua's life," especially as she prepares to present "an intense, four-act spectacle."

"Everything was tailor-made. This is not Coachella! This is not Coachella! But Dua Lipa is still one of the biggest pop stars in the world, so the look had to feel equally "stage worthy." It was easy to pull off because she's so open, so fun, and so willing to try anything."
