Travis Kells points out the moment he felt he "started to really like" his girlfriend Taylor Swift.

It was a big weekend for the relationship between Taylor Swift and Travis Kells. The latter made his Eras Tour stage debut at Swift's third performance at London's Wembley Stadium on Sunday, surprising concertgoers by joining his girlfriend for a costume change for "I Can Do It With a Broken Heart." According to People, "Kelce smiled as she gently laid Swift on a red couch in the center of the stage instead of a dancer carrying Swift to the stage." Dressed in a tuxedo and top hat, Kelce performed a "fake touch-up" on Swift, dusting his girlfriend's face with powder as the crowd cheered. [Incredibly, one of the world's most famous couples is about to celebrate their first wedding anniversary. The couple began dating last summer, but their first public appearance together was on September 24, 2023, when Swift attended a Kansas City Chiefs game at Arrowhead Stadium where his new girlfriend was playing. (Kelce plays tight end for the team.) It was right around this time that Kelce really started to like Swift, he said on an episode of Barstool Sports' "Bussin' with the Boys" podcast.

"She really got me with that one," Kells said, noting that Swift wanted to "be with her family and friends and go through this with everyone."

"She just walked through the front door. He didn't "talk to the security guard or make sure she got to her [seat]," he said, "Damn, she's in the middle of the craziness. She wants to be a part of it. She wants to support me.

And that's when Kels really started to catch on to the emotions, as they often say.

"She's very self-conscious. She's very self-conscious."

"I think that's why I fell in love with her. When you get that much attention, it can make you crazy. ...... She's very calm and cool."

He also praised how Swift "understands the situation," as when the Chiefs won the Super Bowl earlier this year, and when dating rumors first started about the two after Swift's first appearance in a Chiefs game in September 2023, nobody in the locker room told him told him that no one said "shit" to him. (People reported that the two appeared hand-in-hand at a Saturday Night Live after-party the following month, where they acknowledged their romance.)

The couple also had a date at the Chiefs' first game in September, when they were both in the locker room.

"Nobody knew what was going on," Kelsey said. '[It] was really all over the place. It was ...... I think we kept it between us as long as we could. But when she came to the game, obviously it just took off from there."

Kelsey admitted that it was his desire to "keep it a secret" about their relationship, but at the same time, "I'm not here to hide anything ...... That's my girl, that's my woman," he added, "and I'm proud of that."

As for the ample amount of attention the two receive on a daily basis, "We've enjoyed every aspect of it," Kelsey said.

"But when we're at home, we want privacy, and we don't always get it."

Just as Swift watched many of Kelce's Chiefs games last football season, he has traveled to five continents over the past year to watch the Elas Tour. He told the show's podcast host, "Hey, the concerts are electric. She's having a blast on stage. I love the show. She's great on stage.
