Tia Mowry loves her twin sister, Tamera Mowry, with all her heart.

In anticipation of Tamera's birthday (which also happens to be Tia's birthday - funny how that works), the "Sister, Sister" actress shared the sweetest tribute to her on Instagram, posting a photo of the two of them over the years.

"It's cancer season!" Tia wrote. Tia wrote.

"I want to take this moment to cherish my sister and wish Tamela an early Happy Birthday ❤️"

"As we have grown and evolved, having you by my side has been an incredible blessing. Not everyone can say that they have someone to be with them at every milestone in their life.

"I am so grateful to have shared this journey with you as we grew up together, had our big break, survived our teen years, and became mothers. Here's to celebrating all the beautiful memories and milestones we have experienced and built together. We are now 46 years old! How did we get here?"

Friends like Elaine Welteroth, Terry J. Vaughn, and Jesse Wu flooded in to comment and send birthday wishes to the pair.

Speaking to People in April, Tia told them how wonderful it was to get her big break in "Sister, Sister" with her actual sister around 1994.

"It was so special to be with my family," she said. It was like a party every day on set." It was like a party every day on set. There were no divas or anything. It was just pure awesomeness."

Tia is as busy as ever these days, although she does less acting. Her hair care brand, 4U By Tia, recently became available on Amazon, and she and ex-girlfriend Cory Hardrict have a son, Cree, who just turned 13, and they have a younger daughter, Cairo.

Meanwhile, Tamera is very active on her YouTube channel and busy raising her children Aiden, 11, and Aria, 9, with husband Adam Housley.
