"The girl who wears skirts as tops," said Hilary Duff at the 2008 anti-bullying PSA. This past weekend, that girl was Kylie Jenner, who apparently wore a denim skirt as a mini-dress.

Yesterday, Jenner released a video documenting her sister Khloe Kardashian's 40th birthday party. In it, Khloe, along with friends and family, rides a mechanical bull, dances on a bouncy castle, screams along to a Snoop Dogg performance, guzzles a new can of Splinter vodka soda, and chows down on In N' Out burgers.

The party is a great time to be there.

The party was Western-themed, Dollywood-style, with a strict dress code of denim and diamonds. Jenner focused on the denim details, which looked like a cross between a jean midi skirt and a strapless tube dress. It turns out that Jenner (along with stylists Alexandra and Mackenzie Grandquist) didn't actually reuse the skirt: she pulled out an Alexander Wang illusion mini dress for the occasion. The tube dress featured button closures, a zipper fly, front seams, belt loops, and pockets.

Jenner completed the look with slouchy dark denim pointed toe stiletto boots. The socialite and business owner kept her accessories relatively simple with a delicate gold chain bracelet and a few chunky diamond rings. The outfit was true to Jenner's current style of short dresses, form-fitting silhouettes, and basic styles with a twist.

Meanwhile, other members of the Kardashian-Jenner family decked themselves out in jewelry and jeans. Khloe wore a diamond-studded corset top, matching denim chaps, and a cowboy hat, with an array of diamonds around her neck. Kris Jenner stayed true to her brand as a mom-ager, wearing a denim blazer and a huge diamond statement necklace.

Kim K. paired a denim bustier with light-wash lace-up jeans. Courtney wore an oversized jean jacket with a diamond nameplate necklace that read "Mrs. Barker" and styled her hair back in a messy mullet. While Canadian tuxedos continue to dominate the runways and celebrity closets, Chloe was certainly on trend with her birthday theme. In fact, Beyonce wore an outfit similar to Chloe's birthday suit a few months ago, along with a denim cowboy hat.
