Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck's home listing proves "they really want to move properties," claims celebrity realtor.

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are reportedly in a hurry to get rid of the couple's home, according to one celebrity real estate agent.

Josh Flagg, "one of the most successful and sought-after Beverly Hills luxury real estate agents in the country, according to his website," lists their Beverly Hills as "relatively close to what they paid for it," so "they really want to move real estate," he told People in an exclusive interview.

"Generally, people don't sell their primary residence within a year of purchase unless there is a divorce, a death, or some sort of desperation," Flagg continued.

"I would also [guess] that they're not going to make money on this sale. They will either break even or take a small loss."

According to People, the two initially purchased the sprawling Los Angeles property in May 2023 for a whopping $60,850,000. They are currently listing the same house for $68,000,000.

Flagg, who was not involved in the listing or sale of Lopez and Affleck's home, says that while rumors continue to swirl about the state of their marriage, the so-called "negative" press is likely not a deterrent to potential or future buyers.

"If a buyer wants to buy a house, they will buy a house," he explains. If anything, they at least give the house some press. It's good publicity for the property."

According to TMZ, Lopez and Affleck are "using agency realtor Santiago Arana" to sell the Beverly Hills mansion they bought just a year ago.

A source previously confirmed to In Touch that Affleck has "already moved out" of the home the couple shares, adding that the two "will likely sell the dream home they spent two years searching for."

While listing the couple's home is certainly not what many would consider a "good sign" for the future of their relationship, there is apparently "a silver lining" for the two and their marriage.

"Jennifer suggested just taking time to figure it out," a source told Us Weekly.

The insider added that Lopez and Affleck "have been through a lot personally and as a couple," but added that the pair "have yet to make a decision" about the future of their marriage.

"They may take some time to see if they can resolve this complicated moment and come back to each other (as better people)," the source explained.

Despite the obvious problems in their marriage, Lopez and Affleck reportedly "do not hate each other," and in fact, the two have been spotted in public together while attending various events for their children, including sporting events and graduation ceremonies.

"They are (just) going through a difficult time," the source continued.

Lopez is "leaning on her mother, sisters, and children during this transitional period," a source recently claimed. The singer/actress has also reportedly found an "unlikely ally" in her husband's ex-wife, Jennifer Garner.

"She's been helpful to J.Lo and they are involved with each other," a source told Us Weekly." Jennifer has been a surprising talking point for J.Lo."
