Brad Pitt reportedly has "virtually no contact" with his adult children with ex Angelina Jolie

Things are looking bleak for Brad Pitt and his six children with ex-girlfriend Angelina Jolie; according to People, Pitt has visitation with the younger children, twins Knox and Vivienne, who turns 16 on Friday, but his older children Maddox and Zahara, Pax and Shilo, he has "virtually no contact" with them. The latter made headlines in May when he filed paperwork to legally remove "Pitt" from his last name, and while Shilo is believed to be the only one of the six Jolie-Pitt children to have legally filed paperwork to remove "Pitt" from his last name, Maddox, Zahara, and even Vivienne have been known to informally " has been known to remove the "pit.

"He has virtually no contact with his adult children," says a source who spoke to People. Pitt is currently on location in Europe filming the racing movie "F1."

In addition, Jolie continued, "He spends most of his time with the children, but by their agreement, he has visitation with the younger children."

Pitt "is both aware and upset that Shilo has abandoned his last name," a source told the magazine.

"Reminding him of the loss of his children is, of course, not an easy task for Brad. 'He loves his kids and misses them. It's very sad."

They added that although Pitt is "still happy" with his girlfriend Ines de Ramon, the distance from his children "is hurting him."

Another source close to Pitt said, "He still loves all of his children tremendously." This whole process has been very hard for the whole family."

Pitt and Jolie became a couple in 2005 after filming "Mr. and Mrs. Smith" and eventually married in 2014, but divorced in 2016. Their divorce is not yet fully finalized, as custody arrangements and shared wineries remain contentious.
