Snoop Dogg Surprises Martha Stewart on Her 83rd Birthday During the Paris Olympics

Snoop Dogg had a special surprise (and a special guest) for his good friend and TV icon Martha Stewart in honor of his 83rd birthday.

On Friday, August 2, Snoop and Stewart reunited during the 2024 Paris Summer Olympics, before the rapper brought someone special to celebrate his partner's birthday.

"Martha! Hello! Happy Birthday," Cookie Monster, yes, that famous cookie-laden monster from Sesame Street, exclaimed after surprising Stewart with a sneak peek from behind the table.

"It's so gorgeous," the ever-gracious Stewart replied.

"Thank you. Living on Sesame Street means you have to mind your manners." [Snoop Dogg also gave a proper greeting to Cookie Monster after the unconventional duo pulled off the birthday surprise.

"What's up, baby?" Snoop Dogg asked the blue-furred monster.

"We got D-o-double-g meets C-double-o-k-i-e." Cookie Monster replied.

"I'm the world's biggest Cookie Monster fan," Snoop Dogg admitted.

"I can't believe Cookie is right next to me.

"In Paris!" Stewart chimed in, clearly delighted with her super-secret birthday surprise." In Paris, snoop!"

No one ever outgrows Sesame Street (because no one ever gets tired of Martha Stewart and Snoop Dogg's unconventional friendship). [Stewart and Snoop first met on the set of Stewart's cooking show, The Martha Stewart Show, in 2008. In a recent interview with Sports Illustrated, Stewart confessed that she was initially drawn to the rapper instantly because of his "wonderful laugh" and "quest for learning."

"When Snoop came on my show, the first thing that really attracted me to Snoop was his giggle. He has a very, very nice laugh," she told the magazine at the time. 'And then his quest for learning! He was a real learner, and that really appealed to me."

Stewart continued, explaining that their relationship "solidified" when they sat next to each other at the Comedy Central Roast of Justin Bieber in 2015.

"All he did was smoke a cigarette and everyone was in a very good mood and we were all roasting each other," she explained.
