Prince George "sticks to dressing" just like his father, Prince William.
Many royal fans have longed for the moment when Prince George is twins with his father, Prince William. And George seems to be totally in favor of wearing matching outfits. In fact, according to a new book about the royal family, George often initiates the coordination.
Robert Jobson, an expert on the royal family, has written a new book called "A Biography of Princess Catherine": it is serialized in the Daily Mail. Writing about William and George's sweet father-son style, Robson says, "George, who insists on dressing like his father when he accompanies him, has even begun to imitate William's mannerisms. If George ever looks awkward or overwhelmed, his father is always by his side, a protective hand on his shoulder."[3
Since Prince George is second in line to the British throne, William is an important role model and will guide him in preparing for the future. Robson writes, "He often spends quality one-on-one time with his eldest son, George, and seems happy to show off their close bond to the world."
According to Jobson, William has worked hard to build strong relationships with his children. The author explains, "William has a more tactile parenting style than his father, and he wants his three children to look back on their childhoods with a sense of love."
Despite experiencing very different childhoods, the Prince of Wales has reportedly grown closer to his own father in recent years. In fact, Prince Charles and William's relationship has apparently improved thanks to Princess Kate. Princess Kate has encouraged William to be affectionate toward his father and has a "warm" relationship with Camilla, whom Princess Diana blamed for ruining their marriage," Jobson writes.
Prince George will have to follow many of the same royal rituals as Prince William, in addition to adopting the same style as his father. For example, when George turns 12, he will no longer be allowed to fly with his father, the Mirror reported. Because both Prince William and Prince George are heirs to the British throne, certain measures will be taken to ensure their safety, such as flying on separate planes.
