Princess Kate and Prince William "irritated" by Princess Meghan and Prince Harry's rivalry.

In recent months, there have been reports that Princess Meghan and Prince Harry are ready to heal the rift in the royal family. Conversely, some sources have hinted that discord between the two continues. For example, one article claimed that Princess Kate and Prince William felt "pettiness" and "jealousy" because of Meghan's popularity. And now, The Sun reports that Kate and William are frustrated with Meghan and Harry.

Royal family expert Phil Dampier, speaking to the magazine, suggested that Meghan and Harry's absence from the UK in 2024 was more obvious. With Princess Kate and King Charles stepping down from their royal duties following their respective cancer diagnoses, there were few senior royals to take their place.

"Suddenly, by default, the monarchy looks very slim, so they are stretched thin," Dampier explained, "Obviously, had they still been active royals, Harry and Meghan could have picked up a lot of the slack." And, he continued, "That's why it's so frustrating."

According to Dampier, the royal family has no choice but to be patient until Kate and William's children are older. 'We have to wait another 10 years before George, Charlotte, and Louis are ready for duty,' he said. And it will be difficult in the meantime."

Dampier also noted that Harry and Meghan would have been the perfect replacements for Kate and Charles during their health crisis. He told the magazine, "Harry and Meghan would have been able to take a load off their shoulders, and certainly the late queen had extensive plans for Harry and Meghan."

Obviously, Meghan and Harry started a new life in California and stepped down from their royal roles for many reasons. For example, in an interview with Oprah Winfrey, Meghan revealed that she had experienced diabolical racism in England.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are also planning another royal tour, this time to Colombia, and the Prince and Princess of Wales are reportedly wary of the couple's travel plans. 'Now that they have set up such a rival court, they will obviously hope that what they do will not overlap with what William does,' Dampier insisted. 'But it is tragic that it has come to this and they are doing their own thing.'
