Kesha Brushes Teeth with a Bottle of Jack to Celebrate 15th Anniversary of "Tik Tok" - on TikTok

Kesha literally brushes her teeth with a bottle of Jack in a new TikTok video commemorating her hit song "Tik Tok."

The pop star released a short video Wednesday to commemorate 15 years since the release of "Tik Tok." To the song's soundtrack, she brings out a Spotify trophy celebrating the billion streams of her collaboration with Pitbull, "Timber," before saying "sh*t, wrong one," followed by the words "feeling like P. Diddy."

Kesha previously sang these words "f*** P. Diddy" in response to allegations of sex trafficking, sexual abuse, and rape against the rapper.

On the new TikTok, Kesha returns to look for the right trophy, this time finding the billion-stream marker for "Tik Tok" and placing it in the bathroom sink. Then she grabs a bottle of Jack Daniel's, pours it over her Spotify prize, soaks her toothbrush, and brushes her teeth just as she did in the song.

She captioned the video, "Swallow it, don't spit it out,"

and then she added, "I'm not going to spit it out, I'm not going to swallow it. 'Totally symbolic behavior,' Spotify's official account commented." Congratulations, Queen!"

Since "Tik Tok" was released 15 years ago Wednesday, a wonderful celebratory video was released on the song's eponymous platform (to avoid misunderstanding, the song and the social media site are unrelated except for the name).

Posting on X on August 7, Kesha wrote, "TiK ToK is the first single I've put out into the world with my voice and my name credited!!! I wrote! I remember making this song fun and happy and I am so proud of it and I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. What I am so proud of is that this song still makes me feel that way today.

"15 Years (!!!!) Now that it's passed, I think the song is a snapshot of my view of the world back then. That girl was naïve, wild and playful. This song perpetuates an aspect of myself that I love so much and that I now fiercely need to protect. The world has changed so much and so have I."

The singer also confirmed that he has kept the lyrical changes, which are credited to Rene Rapp.

"When I have the legal right, I will re-record it!" She said. 'Now my first baby symbolizes so much. This baby is a fierce protector of my fun and pure joy in myself and others. This pregnancy has been crazy, but the joy is still there."

"I hope you all find three and a half minutes of play in this song and connect with the joy of being a wild child."
