Blake Lively, like so many stars before her, has been busy dressing for her role in the weeks leading up to the release of her highly anticipated drama "It Ends With Us." Taking literal cues from her character, florist Lily Bloom, the Blake Brown founder has been styled in florals for every press appearance so far, from an ornate Canadian tuxedo to a back-to-back floral gown. In her latest appearance over the weekend, Lively once again underwent multiple outfit changes, with one outfit incorporating the lingerie dress trend blooming even more vibrantly than the rest of her outfits.

On Sunday, August 4, Lively was spotted in New York City for a movie night press stop. She wore a Christopher John Rogers rainbow-colored button-up blouse off the shoulder with cargo pants studded throughout with jumbo-sized petunias to the event in Manhattan. She layered the designer's black and white polka-dot halter dress for contrast and wore black open-toe Christian Louboutin sandals.

If you haven't already noticed, Lively loves getting dressed. The "Gossip Girl" native left the venue in a completely different outfit shortly after arriving. She changed out of her elaborate layered ensemble into a head-to-toe Versace head-to-toe from the Spring/Summer 2024 collection. Lively styled the look almost exactly as it was presented on the runway: a 90s pink bralette under a see-through floral tank top by Versace. She also wore a pair of light-wash boyfriend jeans with pearls and gemstones.

She completed the look with nude Christian Louboutin pumps, a gold bracelet, and a gold chain necklace.

But the highlight of Lively's outfit, aside from paying homage to her upcoming project with its heavy use of floral patterns, was what she wore underneath her jeans. She flashed a pair of pink and black logo Versace boxers, a subtle nod to the controversial "underwear as outerwear" trend that is always seen on both the A-list and the catwalk.

Her allure for the evening was a glossy pink lip and loosely wavy blonde hair.

Lively is not the only celebrity to endorse lingerie dressing. Recently, stars such as Dua Lipa, Haley Bieber, and even Kristen Stewart have chosen to reveal their underwear. (They have paired revealing bralettes with garter belts, or worn printed scarves as tops with matching briefs.)
