While Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are getting a whirlwind of attention in Colombia, one body language expert believes that the Duke of Sussex wants his wife to get all the attention.

In an interview with the Daily Mail, body language expert Judy James said that while Prince Harry was meeting Vice President Francia Marquez, the way he carried himself around his wife, Markle, made it clear that he was “not trying to downgrade his royal status here.” He claims that he is “downgrading his status as if he wanted to avoid it.

“He walks ahead, his wife in tow, allowing her to get all the attention with her elegant posture, that designer bag, the perfect Duchenne smile and excited eye smile, while his own expression seems less performative for the camera,” James told the publication .

James further discussed how Markle's body language indicated that she was “eager to chat” while meeting with the country's vice president.
