Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni Feuding?

Over the past few days, the Internet has been rife with theories that Lively and the rest of the cast of It Ends With Us are at odds with Baldoni, the film's director and star. No one has directly confirmed that there is an actual feud, but sources have spoken out about the situation.

While some of the problems have been attributed to “creative differences,” particularly between Lively and Baldoni, one on-set source told People that there is more going on there. 'It's not all as it seems. There is more to this story. The main cast and (author) Colleen Hoover will have nothing to do with him.”

“It Ends With Us” was released on Friday, and rumors of a feud began to circulate during the film's promotion.

During the publicity, Baldoni was interviewed alone, while Lively was paired with Brandon Sklenar, the actor who usually plays her love interest in the film. People started commenting about this online, and things escalated from there.

Last week, The Hollywood Reporter heard from sources who said that “a rift developed between the filmmakers during post-production, resulting in two different cuts of the film.” (11]

The film's other star, Jenny Slate, sparked more rumors when she brushed off a question at the premiere about what it was like to work with Baldoni, the director and actor. Jenny Slate said, “It's a really tough job, having to do so many things,” she said. I like to work one job at a time. I really like writing scripts, I like it a lot, and it's special to be a screenwriter, but I look around and I'm like, 'I just want to act. I really like it! I just want to do it.'”

Speaking of the premiere, while the rest of the cast posed together, Baldoni was not pictured with anyone. This, of course, brought many comments of its own.

On his part, Baldoni was full of praise for Lively, telling “Entertainment Tonight” that he was on the fence about directing the book's sequel, “It Starts With Us,” instead citing the “Gossip Girl” alum as a potential director.

“I think there are better people for that one. I think Blake Lively is ready to direct.”
