Proud new dads Haley and Justin Bieber continued a very special family tradition by officially announcing the birth of their first child and revealing his name.

On Friday, August 23, new dad Justin Bieber shared a photo on Instagram announcing the exciting news, along with a photo of the child's adorable little feet and his wife's hands (showing off her trendy manicure, of course).

“WELCOME HOME JACK BLUES BIEBER,” the pop star captioned the post, which was later shared on Instagram Stories by new mom Hayley Bieber, along with the baby's name, bear, and blue heart emoji.

By choosing “Jack” as their baby's name, Haley and Justin are continuing a meaningful family tradition of choosing baby names with the initials “JB.”

As People reports, Justin, his father Jeremy Bieber, and siblings Jazmine and Jackson both have “JB” names, continuing the Bieber family tradition for generations, as well as Haley and Justin's new additions.
