Angelina Jolie opened up about what it means to be a mother and how she, like many parents, tries to hide her pain and grief from her children.
“I have been a parent for 23 years now. The most beautiful thing about being a parent is that you are not the center of your life,” Jolie told The Hollywood Reporter in a recent interview ahead of the release of ‘Maria,’ a new biopic about the life and legacy of opera singer Maria Callas.
“So you leave the set and you focus on something for somebody else. That's your real life. Your real world. And that's always been a big part of who you are,” she continued. 'Because that's not who I am. You can climb on top of me or visit me."[5
