A new documentary offers further insight into what the late Queen Elizabeth really thought of former President Donald Trump.

In his latest film, “The Cowboy and the Queen,” which documents the life and legacy of the former Queen of England, close former friend Monty Roberts claims that Queen Elizabeth “did not like” the current Republican presidential candidate.

As reported by People, in the film Roberts watches “Trump news clips.” And a former friend of the patriarch says to his wife, Pat, that “the queen didn't like him.”

In an interview with the magazine, Roberts admitted his statement, telling the publication, “The Queen said so.”

This is not the first time that those close to the late Queen of England have claimed that the Queen was not a fan of Trump; according to Craig Brown, author of A Voyage Around the Queen, Queen Elizabeth thought the former president was “very rude.”

“For example, a few weeks after President Trump's visit, she confided to one of her lunch guests that she found him ‘very rude’: she particularly disliked the way he couldn't stop looking over her shoulder, as if he were looking for someone else more interesting,” according to a Daily Mail,” Brown wrote, according to an excerpt published in the Mail.
