Rodrigo and Roan posed together on the carpet at the premiere of “GUTS World Tour” in Los Angeles on Friday, wearing coordinated lingerie-inspired semi-sheer dresses.

Rodrigo chose a floor-length dress with a plunging neckline in black and purple. It was a vintage 1998 Christian Dior by John Galliano dress, which very much embodies the 90s/Y2K whimsy that permeates her entire “GUTS” era aesthetic.

The vertical lines of the black lace overlay direct the eye exactly where it should be, like arrows on a runway, while the subtle floral detailing at the waist adds vintage elegance to the look.

The “Love Is Embarrassing” singer accessorized with Chopard jewelry, while keeping her hair and makeup simple and understated (a choice we heartily endorse).

Roan's lingerie-inspired look at the premiere was a semi-sheer red dress with large floral appliqués scattered throughout. Roan's hair and makeup were not as understated as Rodrigo's, but we wouldn't expect that (after all, we are talking about Chapel Roan). Roan's iconic red hair was big in a good way, flowing behind her like a mist of wild curls.
