Dax Shepard loves love, especially the love between his wife Kristen Bell and his on-screen lover Adam Brody.

Shepherd recently appeared at the New Yorker Festival and was asked about his “incredible chemistry” with Bell.

“Not as much as she and Brody,” the armchair expert podcaster immediately quipped (via People).

“A friend of mine ...... We watched that scene together, the kissing scene, which I think is the best kissing scene in movie history,” he continued.

“And my childhood friend and best friend Aaron was like, 'Has she ever kissed you like that? No, I didn't know she kissed like that.”

Bell has previously said that Shepherd was particularly impressed with his chemistry with Brody.

“Who knows why our chemistry on screen comes across the way it does when that lens is added,” Bell recently told eTalk. But even I can look at it and go, 'Wow, that's hot.' My husband said the same thing when he saw the first episode and said, 'Oh, I wish he would kiss me.

“Nobody Wants This” arrived on Netflix on September 26 and quickly became a fan favorite. The film follows Joanne (Bell), an atheist podcaster who falls in love with a “hot rabbi” who plans to become the next head rabbi of his temple.

As one might perhaps infer from this description alone, their relationship is beset with many obstacles.

Regardless, the show has been a huge success and has already been renewed for a second season.
