Princess Beatrice has a lot on her plate— not to mention the ongoing drama with her father— with a new baby on the way. However, many royal watchers were the princess to take on official duties after she took on a recent royal visit related to one of her uncle King Charles's Foundations.

Currently Princess Beatrice holds a position as Vice president of software company Afiniti and is not a royal who works like cousin Prince William. However, she has been a royal patron of organisations such as the Helen Arkel Centre for Dyslexia, the British Skin Foundation and the English National Ballet School.

In the spring of 2025, the princess, expecting her 2nd child with her husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, took part in an 11・month event with the King's Foundation and visited the Future Textiles exhibition in London to discuss embroidery with students. It's the type of engagement you usually see King Charles or Queen Camilla do, but as the chatter deepens that Beatrice might intervene as a working royal family, one palace insider has set the record straight.
