Disick was very aware of his ex-girlfriend's relationship with Barker (and reportedly not too happy about it (open in new tab)), but he didn't think it would actually progress this far.

The exes have three children (Mason, Penelope, and Reign), and sources say that Kardashian wants to have a fourth child with Barker.

To be fair to Disick, his relationship with Kardashian has been on-and-off for years (opens in new tab), and many KUWTK (opens in new tab) fans were equally certain they would indeed end up together. He has dated Sofia Richie (opens in new tab) and Amelia Hamlin (opens in new tab) since their last breakup, but his relationships have not stood the test of time.
