Prince William Gives Simple but Powerful Update on Princess Kate's Health

Prince William was asked about Princess Kate's health during a royal visit this week and gave a simple but meaningful answer.

The prince was in Newcastle, northeast England, on Tuesday to meet with royal fans gathered near James Place, the charity facility he was visiting.

A member of the public wearing a Union Jack flag asked the prince, "How are your wife and children?" He asked.

William replied, "Yes, they are all fine. Yes, they are all fine," he replied.

The royal fan added, "I mean, obviously Catherine... " he added.

The prince repeated, "Everyone is fine, thank you."

The exchange was captured in a fan video uploaded to Instagram.

Of course, the fan's question was made in the context of Princess Kate's cancer diagnosis, which she revealed to the world in a two-minute video on March 22.

Princess Catherine's illness has undoubtedly been a painful experience for the Welsh family, and she and William have done their best to protect the natural privacy surrounding this situation.

During a visit to Newcastle, William also announced, "It's my birthday!" and had the cutest exchange with a little boy who proudly proclaimed, "It's my birthday!

An adult overheard him and quickly corrected him, "No, it's not my birthday!"

and quickly corrected him, causing the audience to laugh.

But William, determined not to embarrass the little kid, asked the very reasonable question, "Are you having a party?" asked a very reasonable question. I cried.
