Kyra Sedgwick, Kevin Bacon, and the kids sing a hilarious parody song about Christmas being over.
Is anyone having more fun than Kyra Sedgwick and Kevin Bacon? The talented actors (as you may know them for many things) really seem to have it all figured out when it comes to “how to have a fun marriage and happy kids.” Maybe it's a front for social media, but they don't seem to have time for that. They just seem to be enjoying life and each other and singing the occasional sweet, silly parody song on Instagram.
Like this playful take on “Happy Xmas (War Is Over)” by John Lennon, Yoko Ono, and the Plastic Ono Band.
Because, and I'm willing to admit this, Christmas and the holidays can be exhausting.
Surrounded by equally talented children, including actress Saucy Bacon, of “Smile” and “13 Reasons Why” fame, and composer Travis Bacon, the family has a particularly sarcastic (but accurate!) take on how they feel when Christmas is over. lyrics.
“Christmas is over. Not a moment too soon,” began father Kevin. 'Now we don't have to listen to Christmas music anymore.' [Rudolph is in rehab. There's no smell of Christmas.
“We can all stop listening, to ‘The Little Drummer Boy,’” Travis sang (and guitar), “We can all stop glistening, let's undeck the halls."(We can all stop glistening, let's undeck the halls.)
“Yes, Christmas is over. Yes, Christmas is over: 'They'll resume their torture on Thanksgiving night.'”
Just a few days earlier, the family tackled Sabrina Carpenter's “Please Please Please” while surrounded by spitting alpacas.
I have just one question for the Bacon/Sedgwick family. I would like to send them at least one song request.
